Microsoft Photo Story 3 for Windows is a free program that will allow you (and your students) to turn photographs or images into video presentations that include any of the following: text, music, voice recordings, and/or transition enhancements. Small file sizes make it easy to send your photo stories in an e-mail or watch them on your TV, a computer, or a Windows Mobile–based portable device.

The program also includes a feature that will allow you to experiment with photographic effects like chalk, sienna, watercolor, etc. (similar to Photoshop effects, but more basic). The wizard-driven program is so easy to use it will open your creativity and that of your students to a brand new way of presenting.
