  • Mrs. Perkins Forms and Testing - First-grade teacher Jill Perkins has generously provide a number of useful -- and sometimes hard-to-find -- templates, including a weekly lesson plan, ABC flash cards, a handwriting practice page, a 100s chart, and a classroom grading aid. The site also includes templates for Dolch flash cards for first, second, and third grade.
  • Build a Newspaper - Learn how to use Word to create a newspaper or newsletter. The site includes a front page template.
  • Using MS Equation to Write Mathematical or Scientific Equations - the directions for this procedure are excellent, but may not work if you do not have the program disk (check with your Computer Coordinator if the function doesn't work for you at school). If you are using Word 2007 click on the Insert Tab and look for the Symbols button on the far-right of the menu.
